Client Service Associate – Financial Planning Team

Job Description :

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our dynamic three-person Financial Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients through both written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Onboarding : Prepare and process new account paperwork, facilitate account transfers, deposit client checks, and notify relevant team members.
• CRM Management : Regularly update and manage client data using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool, such as AdvisorEngine / Junxure, or similar platforms.
• Portfolio Reporting : Generate and review client portfolio performance reports, preparing materials for client meetings (e.g., Black Diamond).
• Client Inquiries : Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing and resolving any service-related needs.
• Transactions & Requests : Process and follow-up on client requests, including withdrawals, deposits, journal entries, address changes, and beneficiary updates.
• Securities Trades & Transfers : Execute securities trades and wire transfer orders with custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab), as directed by the investment team.
• RMD Tracking : Monitor and process IRA Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
• Scheduling & Coordination : Assist with client scheduling and meeting arrangements.
• Additional Duties : Perform other tasks as assigned.
