Our Texas-based engineering consultancy firm is seeking a seasoned Associate Vice President of Residential Land Development. This role is responsible for supervising and managing residential land development projects, ensuring they meet client agreements, budgets, and schedules. Are you ready for a leadership role with a growing company?
What We're Looking For :
- Experience : Minimum of 15 years, with at least 8 years managing substantial residential development projects from conception to completion.
- Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices within the commercial development sector.
- Education : Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Texas.
- Mindset : Effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
