Job Description :

• Position : Quality Systems Engineer
• Location : Sterling Heights, MI
• Duration : 12 months (Contractor role with ability to extend or be directly hired)
• Pay Rate : $38.36 per hour
• Work Schedule : 9 / 80
• Start Date : TBD
• The Quality Vehicle Systems Engineer is integrated into a dynamic and diverse team responsible for acceptance testing of prototype tracked and wheeled military vehicles, including main battle tanks and armored personnel carriers
• Determine & evaluate test requirements
• Develop & revise acceptance test procedures
• Conduct vehicle verification checkouts to establish baseline of test assets
• Execute functional acceptance test procedures
• Document status of testing compliances and deficiencies
• Communicate test results to internal and external customers as required
• Support other areas of Engineering Quality Assurance as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership responsible for maintenance
