The Sr Analyst - Financial Operations position can be a launching pad to a career within Operations, Finance, or Corporate Development.Key Responsibilities : Analyze monthly results and provide commentary on key variances to budget, forecast, and prior periodsPerform analytics to support the Financial Operations team and Dept Leaders and identify business implications of analysisGenerate standard monthly operating / financial reportsComplete annual budgeting and quarterly forecastingComplete ad hoc requests and special projectsBuild presentations for monthly Enterprise ReviewsQualificationsQualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, with decision making skills.Very proficient to expert level skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proactively managing multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational skills - ability to use discretion, prioritize, maintain attention to detail and recognize time constraints.Must have 3-4 years of relevant experience working in relevant business fieldBachelor's degree in business field required - Finance / Economics / AccountingMaster's degree is preferred but not requiredUSD $60,000.00 / Yr.
