Expertise in roadway design elements , such as alignments, grading, and cross-sections. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Lead high-impact transportation projects with opportunities to innovate and grow. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Civil Engineer to join our growing Transportation and Infrastructure Team . In this role, you will provide technical leadership and project management for the design, improvement, and construction of roadway and highway transportation infrastructure projects , including new roadway designs, intersection improvements, toll lanes, and rehabilitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and construction of transportation infrastructure, including roadways, highways, roundabouts, and intersections .
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Plan, organize, and supervise engineering activities on transportation-related projects.
- Develop innovative design solutions for roadways and transit structures , addressing client and project needs.
- Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and technical presentations .
- Oversee project management tasks, including tracking budgets, schedules, and quality assurance.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with civil construction laws, codes, and regulations .
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize software tools such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, and InRoads for detailed designs and analyses.
