About the Role :
As the Director of Security at Hudson Regional Hospital (HRH), you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors. You will oversee the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, as well as manage a team of security personnel. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for all who enter our facility.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in security management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience managing a team of security personnel.
- Strong knowledge of security policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
