This is not an IT position. We are looking for an experience Security Analyst professional with at least 3 years of experience in programming security related equipment. Someone who has experience conducting CCTV surveillance / investigations, secure footage for outside agencies.

Role Purpose Statement

To manage and analyze security tasks, support security projects. Also responsible for providing technical support to the field for security equipment.

Main Accountabilities

Security

Manage employee screening and ETD processes

Update Heat Map Checklist and map, communicate to field for any heat map reds.

Manage CAQS, review and approve incidents, follow up with CSCs for additional details compile analysis of incidents, actions plan, mock audits.

Create OnGuard Users – understand program and develop trainings to field

Create Badge Templates – as needed / per standard, ensure badges are deactivated from separation notices

Create Vendor drop downs, request letters for compliance to LSG policy, once approved letter, upload Vendor letters to security NAM ebase

Document best practices and new standards and ensuring they are incorporated into Security conference sessions.

Update Security charts including incidents, knife stats, mock and regular audits.

Update Heat Map Checklist and map, communicate to field for any heat map reds.

Create employee screening and ETD training and maintenance schedules, follow up with CSCs to ensure compliance in field.

Interact with field with form.com completion, communicate non-compliance.

Conduct CCTV surveillance / investigations, secure footage for outside agencies.

Develop and deploy training materials and deliver training to field and external personnel regarding security standards and procedures. Analyze FSI Security Audits to determine focus areas and identify trends by CSC

Prepare / create / maintain monthly internal reporting packages relevant to security

Maintain Security ebase site, ensure integrity of data, track security audit results and scores

Administer procedures on handling, safeguarding and destruction of documents and data in accordance with established policy and guidelines and appropriate timeliness

Manage and monitor warranty work with vendor; ensure invoices are related to security repairs covered under warranty

Administer all aspects of the security system and participate on weekly vendor conference calls

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget reports to track security expenses for upper management

Monitor controlled access; prepare weekly reports of alarms and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system; conduct video investigations as needed

• Work as a member of the Security Team to identify and implement Lean process improvement opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Minimum of three years’ experience in programming security related equipment
