Description
The Salesforce Developer and Administrator will be responsible for the management, development, and support of MonoSol's Salesforce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, usability, and data-driven decision-making. This role will act as the primary technical contact for Salesforce, supporting user needs, optimizing system features, and implementing improvements aligned with MonoSol's digital strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Administration & User Support
- User Support & Training : Provide technical support to Salesforce users, addressing issues, identifying solutions, and training users on system features and best practices.
- System Management : Oversee Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and security settings. Set up new users, manage permissions, and make necessary updates to maintain data integrity and system security.
Salesforce Development & Roadmap Implementation
Data Analysis & Reporting
Project Management Focus
Digital Application Support Focus

Compensation range - $66,416.14 - $105,046.71
Incentive Compensation Bonus Target - 6%
Paid time off amount - 15 days
