Description & Requirements The Associate Operations Analyst is a key member of the BSS Team supporting client communication, problem resolution tracking and coordinating, reporting / project coordination activities, and supporting the Operations Team to ensure the SLA's are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Assist other Analysts in supporting project tasks (tracking risks, actions, issues and decisions as well as meeting minutes) using appropriate tracking tools. - Assist Project Managers, management, or other team members with tracking, reporting, and / or presenting project information. - Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and implementation of quality assurance activities as requested. - Develop requirements documents. - Assist with user acceptance testing Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in related field. - 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
