Description & Requirements The Associate Operations Analyst is a key member of the BSS Team supporting client communication, problem resolution tracking and coordinating, reporting / project coordination activities, and supporting the Operations Team to ensure the SLA's are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Assist other Analysts in supporting project tasks (tracking risks, actions, issues and decisions as well as meeting minutes) using appropriate tracking tools. - Assist Project Managers, management, or other team members with tracking, reporting, and / or presenting project information. - Assist in the scheduling, coordination, and implementation of quality assurance activities as requested. - Develop requirements documents. - Assist with user acceptance testing Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in related field. - 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Minimum Salary $ 50,000.00 Maximum Salary $ 60,000.00
