The main function of an account manager is to manage the operational service and support needs for Client member banks and associations in a help desk environment.
Education / Experience :

You will act as a key person linking marketing and sales to support top of the funnel sales for a given segment. You will work closely with your segment marketing manager and the segment sales consultants on a demand generation strategy that drives both inbound and outbound leads. This may include supporting more targeted account based campaigns to drive higher quality as a trusted advisor to the Sales teams and in close conjunction with the marketing segment managers, you will assist in sales enablement through pre-campaign research into leads and strategic research into future segments.
To succeed in this role you’ll love executing a wide variety of tactics to drive leads and seek out quality prospects that contribute to the company’s revenue.
The role holder will have the unique ability to understand the characteristics of a given segment, and be able to translate that into demand generation. This role reports into the Head of Marketing, North America based in New York. As this role is closely linked to sales, all role holders will have a senior sales leader as a career mentor, proving monthly holders will be supported in their career development, and be able to choose a path either into sales or marketing.
