Job descriptionLeadership and Influence : Natural ability to lead and motivate a team. Detail-Oriented : Focused on accuracy and high standards in every aspect of your work. Analytical and Strategic : Capable of interpreting sales metrics and making data-driven decisions. Proactive and Results-Driven : Demonstrates urgency and a strong drive to coach your team to meet and exceed sales goals. Customer-Centric : Committed to delivering exceptional service and WOWing clients. A Scripting Champion : Own a script (don’t just make it your own) and train others to do the same. Drive Sales Success : Lead the sales team to achieve targets from lead generation to deal closure. Training and Mentoring : Provide hands-on training, heavy on roleplay, and support in the form of ridealongs with team members to enhance their performance. Monitor Performance : Regularly review sales metrics and team performance to ensure targets are met. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met. Promote the Company : Actively represent and promote the company in various online and offline channels. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years in Sales Management. Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, scripting and organizational skills. Attributes : Self-motivated, data-driven, systematic, able to motivate others. Education : High school graduate; some college preferred Driving and Other Requirements : Excellent driving record and a Texas license. Must pass background and drug test.
