Our goal is to create professional, interactive experiences that generate new business and maximum sales profitability for our client’s brands. The Sales Account Manager will be expected to lead with quality customer service, tailoring conversations so that our customers think differently about information presented to them, all while being the leader in a result-oriented company.
The purpose of a Sales Account Manager is to build brand awareness and become a leader in driving in-person one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with our client’s customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be subject to the following tasks :
- Recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business.
- Understand customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
- Work with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas that will improve sales margins based on consumer feedback
- Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
- Continue sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers across the country.
