What You'll Do :
- Lead the Charge : Develop and implement quality assurance programs that meet and exceed customer, company, and government standards.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with teams to conduct audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring top-notch performance across raw materials, production, packaging, and distribution.
- Drive Excellence : Manage HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other compliance standards, ensuring we meet USDA and FDA regulations.
- Solve Problems Like a Pro : Tackle challenges head-on by analyzing data, developing creative solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
- Inspire the Team : Partner with operations and sanitation teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and high-performing facility.
