Maintenance Director Responsibilities You'll Love :

Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the facility meets all safety and regulatory standards.

Oversee preventative maintenance and repair schedules for equipment, systems, and building infrastructure.

Supervise and train maintenance staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.

What We Look For :

Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Availability to respond to on-call emergencies.
