Global Guardian - Account Management (Intern)
The ideal candidate will be able to support the Global Guardian Account Management Team in appropriately identifying and actioning the needs of both new and current customers to ensure the highest quality end-user experience. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of knowledge on product offerings and ultimately communicating with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Management team in execution of daily tasks to ensure the highest quality customer experience
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Meet regularly with Account Management team to advance strategic initiatives
- Data entry and accuracy verification within Microsoft Office platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and other internal systems
- Manage upkeep on reporting data for customers' accounts
