POSITION SCOPE
Sales Business Development / Performance & Client :
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management team
- Lead and develop the business of the store
- In conjunction with Retail Management, establishes sales and margin goals and be responsible for their achievement
- Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, regional office team...) and fostering synergies between categories
- Responsible for achieving store shrinkage goals and for the establishment and implementation of both new and existing loss prevention procedures (in conjunction with the Retail Management)
- Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools
- Develop an precise understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations
- Act as an ambassador by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR)
- Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends.
