We are currently seeking a Construction Inspector - Resident Project Representative to help serve our connection of clients and community. The CI / RPR will oversee and monitor infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications, design plans, and regulatory standards. This role involved acting as the primary on-site representative for the project owner, collaborating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include

• Inspect and monitor construction activities for water infrastructure projects, such as pipelines, pump stations, water treatment plants, and stormwater systems.
• Verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship meet approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports, including non-compliance issues, change orders, and project milestones.
• Ensure construction adheres to applicable codes, permits, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Address and resolve field issues, escalating concerns to project management as necessary.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending approval or rejection of contractor change orders and claims.
• Serve as Engineer's liaison with Contractor, working principally through Contractor's superintendent, assist in providing information regarding the intent of the Contract Documents.
