In the role of Assistant Resident Engineer, we'll count on you to :

• Be a field point of contact for the client and project stakeholders.
• Reporting directly to the assigned HDR Resident Engineer, the Assistant supports the RE in managing and supervising an assigned field office and construction field inspection staff and conducting ongoing reviews and verifications of construction activities, schedules and inspections.
• Be responsible to assist in the preparation and negotiations of construction change orders and for preparation of weekly / monthly project reports.
• Participate in Project Progress meetings.
• Perform routine assignments requiring application of spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling software
