Basic Function
The Center Director at U.S. Dream Academy is an inspirational leader and skilled manager who reports to the National Program Director. Responsible for overseeing Learning Center operations, the Director collaborates with the National Office to deliver quality programming for 60–100 students annually. Leading a team of up to 5 staff and 60 volunteers, the Director also builds partnerships with city officials, school districts, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership
- As the key position and local spokesperson for the Dream Academy, provide vision and inspiration to staff, mentors, volunteers, and students.
- Develop and implement annual Center Action Plans, which include budgeting and programmatic planning. In conjunction with the National Office, oversee purchases and review expenditure plans and program implementation. Monitor progress and keep the National Office abreast of significant status changes.
- Be an active member of the Shared Leadership Team of Center Directors throughout our national program. This includes a commitment to continuous quality improvement for every Learning Center.
- Be prepared to engage in new and unanticipated challenges to further the ongoing needs of the Center and the US Dream Academy as a whole.

Salary Range : $55,000 to $70,000 USD.
