We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team who will be responsible for managing, leading and developing our Southeast Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Our TAMs are responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with direct and channel customers.
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, as well as managing and developing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage and develop the TAM team to assure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity space
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to grow revenue e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies
