Develops dealer network to promote sales of Topcon products in assigned region. Will be responsible for the development and execution of a sales plan to meet / exceed an assigned quota.

CORE JOB DUTIES

Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction / Geo-Positioning market.

Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products.

Develops and executes a sales plan.

Prospects for new dealers

Works with dealers to demonstrate products

prepares proposals

attends trade shows

performs other duties as required.

50% travel required.

Requirements

BS in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and training or relevant work experience.

2-5 years’ business to business sales experience

The ideal candidate will have these qualities

A self-starter – much of this job will be independent work

Personable – Building strong relationships with customers will be key to success.

Organized – This job is fast-moving; organization will be critical.

Sales-Focused – A solid sales background is required.

Strong communications skills

Construction industry knowledge

Presentation Skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Base Pay :

Expected Base Pay Range : $70,000 to $107,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for certain Bonuses.
