Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and / or technical background. Responsibilities include :

• Preparation and prosecution of US patents
• Strategic portfolio counseling
• Patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)
• Possible PTAB, licensing, and trademark work

This is premiere work with a talented group of peers with flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued as well.
