Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter to join our team. The position is based in Houston, Texas, and while the role is primarily remote, there may be quarterly meetings that require local attendance. The role is within a fast-paced environment, and while industry experience is not required, those with experience in healthcare or biotech may find it advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, managing approximately 15-20 varying requisitions across the organization.
• Utilize strong sourcing skills to identify and attract top talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all involved.
• Perform thorough vetting and pre-screening of potential candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Utilize HR systems such as UKG and Workday for various tasks, including sourcing and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of hiring processes.
• Conduct background checks and handle other benefit functions as required.
• Utilize tools such as Careerbuilder and Microsoft Excel in the execution of duties.
