Location : Lakewood, CO

Schedule : 3 13-hour shifts (May vary)

Rotational Saturdays Required

We are a reputable healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. Our team is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the Healthcare receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic by managing the front desk, assisting patients, and supporting the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting necessary documentation and processing payments.

Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
