Job Summary : The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in supporting quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal processes within the science sector. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, evaluate, and improve quality assurance practices while ensuring that products, processes, and procedures meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and processes.

Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) and company policies.

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to monitor adherence to quality standards.

Work closely with scientists, engineers, and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Support the development and execution of validation protocols and testing procedures.

Prepare and review quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and corrective actions.

Assist in the continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation.

Provide training and guidance on quality control processes and regulatory requirements to staff.

Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders during audits and inspections.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science).

Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the science or manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, GMP, ISO, etc.) and industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Familiarity with laboratory practices, instrumentation, and scientific research processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
