They work tirelessly to ensure that all of our products are in line with the ever-evolving nutritional regulations, without sacrificing taste and quality. They are actively looking to hire a Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for managing the plant's Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs and ensuring compliance with company, customer and government procedures. This role will be inspecting and auditing the operation in all phases of quality performance (raw materials, production, packaging, distribution, HACCP, GMP’s, etc.)
The Director of Quality Assurance must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of food manufacturing, processes, and procedures, and thorough knowledge and understanding of microbiology and raw material programs to assess and make appropriate decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to demonstrate leadership skills for building a strong department as well as supporting existing programs and creating new ones. Relocation is available for this onsite position in Owensboro, KY.
