Job description10+ years of experience in QA / QC for Heavy Civil Construction Professional License is mandatory Experience working on public and private works projects. B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred Assists in creating company standards for quality procedures, including written programs and procedures. Assists in developing quality control programs. Supervises activities of QA / QC personnel on assigned projects. Assists in training / orientation of employees. Trains employees in some QA / QC facets. Manages QA / QC on assigned projects. Develops and trains QA / QC workforce. Performs additional assignments per supervisor’s direction. Performs other duties and services to ensure projects are delivered successfully, and client is satisfied.
