Personnel new to the District are limited to a maximum 10th step placement based on previous experience : $90.73.
Benefits :
With the exception of Workers’ Compensation benefits; this classification is not eligible for District paid benefits.
Scope of Assignment :
Scope of Assignment
Under the general supervision of the discipline Division Dean for the discipline, the successful applicant will provide lecture and / or laboratory instruction in accordance with course descriptions and outlines; evaluate progress of student; advise students concerning educational matters, and perform other instructional related duties as assigned.
Faculty will be teaching introductory Psychology courses.
Minimum Qualifications :
Master’s in psychology OR Bachelor’s in psychology AND Master’s in counseling, sociology, statistics, neuroscience, or social work OR the equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications :
Experience teaching Psychology at the community college level.
