Proposal Develop Consultant

Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations

The Proposal Develop Consultant is responsible for developing responses for complex RFPs / RFIs received by sales personnel from major consulting firms as well as directly from employer groups.

How you will make an impact :

Conducting initial review of RFPs / RFIs to create a project plan and structured approach for the coordination of final deliverables.

Independently managing each project to completion with structure, purpose, and critical thinking.

Organizing and participating in strategy meetings with sales personnel to determine the strategy and sales emphasis of each proposal.

Writing and refining targeted responses that highlight key selling points, product differentiators and corporate initiatives.

Engaging in ongoing communications with Sales Leadership, Opportunity Owners, and other corporate personnel (product owners, finance, legal) to align responses with the overall strategy and evolve with changing conditions.

Coordinating creative requirements and overseeing the production staff to produce all necessary materials by the predetermined deadline.

Working with subject matter experts across the organization in support of well rounded, compelling responses.

Proofreading and revising final deliverables to ensure compliant, cohesive, robust responses.

Oversees the entire production process ranging from ordering covers to final quality review and sign off.

Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with poise and confidence.

Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

• BA / BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
