Position Summary : The PerceptivProjectSpecialist will beresponsible forensuring Perceptiv™ meets the quality and service expectations needed for installations and implementations of its solutions at customer sites. This individual will own completion and coordination of processes and key steps required for internal teams and customers to successfully install by driving process adherence across the team. The Project Specialist will also play a key role in establishingand continuously improving processes in partnership with internal Perceptiv teams to enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to Perceptiv Installation QA Processes
Act as the main point of contact for customers from PO submittal through installation completion to ensure high quality service and customer success.
Coordinate with internal teams to complete needed steps and deploy the right resources to ensure quality and accuracy through installation.
Monitor and track installation pipeline and progress to drive completion within customer’s expected timelines and needs.
Own and facilitate customer interactions related to installation to gather all needed information to effectively prepare for site work completion.
Work remotely to manage internal coordination of resources to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality installation of customer solutions.
Execute processes required to maintain quality and ensure documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Collaborate with Reliability experts to ensure correct deployment of resources for installation and analysis and configure customer site for usage post-install as part of the installation and onboarding process.
Successfully transition projects from installation to ongoing maintenance and customer success
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing following installation completion.
Develop SOPs and processes needed to drive scalable growth and continuously improve with a focus on quality, productivity, and service.
Qualifications
4-yearbachelor's or associate degree.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination, Fulfillment, Project Management, or Customer Service
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Highly customer-oriented and relationship focused to drive strong communication throughout the process and life of a project.
Highly organized and deadline driven to organize tasks and execute to meet internal and external expectations.
Understanding of,and experience working in,CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Track record of establishing relationships and empathizing with customers while strongly advocating internally for what customers need.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to communication and problem solving.
Collaborative and flexible team player, able to influence cross functional groups to reach common goals.
Willing to handle a variety of tasks both big and small.
Travel : Up to 20% travel
Salary range : $52,000-75,000
