Summary
Responsible for managing survey workload and assigning jobs to Survey Techs for land rights and preparation for construction. Provide support in solving complex survey problems that affect construction and SRP land rights. Coordinates with internal Field Survey Scheduler, Survey Field Supervisor and Survey Tech Manager daily for managing and scheduling projects. Collaboration with Land Analysists, Designers, Design Project Leads, Construction Consultants and customers to provide successful and effective project support. Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements to improve the Survey Department's overall effectiveness.

Education
Minimum of 15 college credits (100+) related to the position from an accredited institution is preferred.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
