Position Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist with a minimum of +3 years of accounting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an Architectural / Engineering or Construction background.

• Prepare and record accurate and complete monthly billings for submission to clients / owners on our public agency projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve billing issues.
• Billings are prepared using Deltek Vantagepoint, and or, customized billing formats that include supporting backup documentation.
• Upload monthly billings to client invoicing portals.
• Will be handling the billing of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Review project related contracts and understand billing schedules and terms.
• Keep track of monthly billings, manage cash applications, and follow-up on collections.
