Job Overview
The Sr. Manager of Project Management Construction is responsible for driving the annual execution of structured construction programs and projects in support of the Workplace Experience (WE) organization. You will create and maintain staffing plans to support the current and future work demands of the WE Project Management team, while also leading the annual Capital Planning process, refining and updating team processes and tools, and leading major efforts in change management. You will establish trust and form relationships with key internal partner organizations such as Procurement, Accounting, Legal, Finance, etc. You will set operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignments to a team of project managers, while acting as a liaison to senior management and business partners. Additional work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, along with supporting feasibility of new capabilities and project requirements.
- This is a hybrid role (3 days / week in the office) and can be in based in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS

Base Pay Range : $118,100 - $213,100Corporate Bonus Target : 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
