My client are a local Seattle based General Contractor with an excellent market reputation. Their projects typically range in size and include a variety of different sector projects.
Description
- Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of commercial construction projects.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation .
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Profile
Job Offer
85,000-$110,000 depending on experience and level.
Both Project and Senior Project Engineer roles available, depending on experience)
