Department / Program : IECMHC Program
Reports to : Program Manager
FLSA status : Exempt / Part-Time
Hybrid / Remote work eligibility : Hybrid
Salary : $37.60 / hr. - $40.75 / hr. (nonbilingual), $40.98 / hr. - $44.42 / hr. (bilingual Spanish).

Job Summary :
The Program Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program. This position will work closely with the Program Manager and Program Director to support supervision, onboarding and oversight of IECMHC program services to early childhood care and education and home visiting programs. Collaborates with community partners and funders. Current Morrison EC Consultants may apply for this 0.5 FTE Program Supervisor position while maintaining their full-time status by continuing their EC Consultant role at 0.5 FTE. Please note that consultation responsibilities will remain distinct and separate from Program Supervisor duties, with no overlap between the two positions.

Physical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with arms; talk and hear. Visual abilities include close and distance vision. Occasionally this position requires walking, stooping, bending and lifting, up to 10 pounds, without assistance.
Work environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a noise level of large groups of people. Position works in an office environment. Outside weather conditions during travel time. Possible exposure to communicable diseases which can encompass a variety of illnesses and infections, including tuberculosis, Hepatitis A, B, and C, infectious meningitis, and HIV.
