Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with mandatory PMP certification. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Oversee project timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation risk management and contingency planning.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure financial accountability.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts escalating as necessary to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance future project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Certifications Required
PMP certification is mandatory. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation :
Applicants will be accepted till 3 / 18 / 2025
The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $119K-160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
