Your role in helping us shape the future :

The Hospital Data Insights (HDI) Product & Data Analyst role will involve testing, data analysis, and product management of the HDI portfolio. The candidate must be capable of multitasking, managing their own time, and working on several product initiatives simultaneously.

This person will play a pivotal role in contributing to functional and product specifications, developing test plans, and leading the QA and testing of the HDI product. The Product Analyst will work closely with our Healthcare Product leadership, analysis team and HDI sales and account management teams to advance the HDI strategy, assess market and customer needs and identify growth opportunities. This person will also work closely with the product and development teams to help implement HDI product initiatives. HDI is a data-intensive product and this position will also be involved in data analysis, data QA, and, as such, will require an understanding of the ratings and rankings methodologies, data inputs and files used to power the product insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing test plans and knowledge of healthcare data and analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare data and quality improvement, is detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with clients and users. Are you up to the challenge?

• Develop business and functional specifications, appropriate test cases, and assist in the implementation of QA and testing.
• Perform analyses to understand and resolve product and data issues, maintenance items, and product updates collaborating closely with product and health analysis teams.
• Develop a deep level of understanding of the intricacies of the HDI products and data as well as the needs of HDI customers and their workflows.
• Work closely with our Health Analysis team and partners to understand the specifics of the healthcare data and methodologies used in the ranking and ratings.
• Collaborate with our HDI Sales & Account Management, Health Analysis, and User Experience teams to make improvements to HDI and help resolve any product issues.
• Meet directly with clients to incorporate their input and understand any potential issues with the product and data analysis.
• Manage, time sensitive projects, including two annual rankings launches, within a cross-functional team including tech, design, and QA.
• Oversee existing products and define new features and products based upon consumer feedback including validating customer use cases for current and planned offerings.
• Continuous focus on iterative product enhancement. Prioritize, manage and test features.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to the launch of new HDI products.
