Job Opening : Associate Vice President of Residential Land Development

Lead Our Expanding Residential Land Development Projects!

Our Texas-based engineering consultancy firm is seeking a seasoned Associate Vice President of Residential Land Development. This role is responsible for supervising and managing residential land development projects, ensuring they meet client agreements, budgets, and schedules. Are you ready for a leadership role with a growing company?

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum of 15 years, with at least 8 years managing substantial residential development projects from conception to completion.
Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices within the commercial development sector.
Education : Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Texas.
Mindset : Effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage residential land development projects, ensuring compliance with client agreements, budget constraints, and timelines.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical professionals, fostering their technical and professional development.

Prepare proposals and client agreements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.

Coordinate and monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project execution.

Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production, and permitting processes for land development projects.

Contribute to the development and implementation of company design and production standards.

Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations to enhance the company's presence and influence within the industry and community.
