Job description8 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics and Data Warehousing. Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Azure Data Services (Data Factory Synapse Data Lake Dataverse etc.) . Expertise in DAX SQL and Power Query (M language) for Power BI development. Handson experience with data modeling techniques (Star Schema Snowflake etc.) and performance optimization in BI solutions. Experience in designing and implementing ETL / ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning AI and Cognitive Services is a plus. Experience with rolebased access control (RBAC) rowlevel security (RLS) and data privacy policies in BI environments. Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team while managing multiple projects. Microsoft Certified : Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Azure Data Engineer certification. Experience in Agile methodologies and working in DevOps CI / CD environments

Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Lead with expertise in Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Azure Data Services to drive the business intelligence strategy and data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing enterprise BI solutions while ensuring data integrity security and performance. Oracle ERP / Fusion reporting experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the BI strategy and implementation using Microsoft Fabric Power BI and Azure Data Services.
- Design and develop endtoend BI solutions including data modeling data pipelines and visualization dashboards .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders data engineers and analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Implement and manage Azure Synapse Data Factory Data Lake and Fabric Data Warehouse for data processing and transformation.
- Develop and optimize Power BI reports dashboards and paginated reports with a focus on usability and performance.
- Ensure data governance security and compliance in BI solutions by implementing best practices.
- Guide and mentor the BI team ensuring efficient development and deployment of reports and analytics solutions.
- Monitor and improve BI system performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Work with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to implement CI / CD pipelines for BI deployments.
- Exposure to Oracle OTBI BIP reporting and Oracle Fusion Reporting .
