Troubleshoot & Solve : Diagnose plumbing issues and offer clear repair or replacement options to customers. Customer Communication : Interact with customers professionally, explaining the work and answering any questions. Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. Documentation : Maintain accurate service records in our CRM system.
