We are immediately hiring an Intercontinental Planning Specialist in Warren, MI, for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have Intercontinental Operations (IO) Inbound Operations Solutions Logistics Analyst experience. Drive operational performance and continuous improvement. Pay Type : Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay : Target Salary is $60,000- $65,000 / year

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm) weekends (flexibility) Mondays remote (there is an evening call around 9pm on Mondays; schedule can be shifted to accommodate). Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday day shift in office in Warren. Friday remote on day shift.

The Intercontinental Planning Specialist (inbound) will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his / her assigned functional area.

Essential Functions

Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees

Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

Health and Safety Management

State / Local / Federal regulations compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required

One (1) year or more direct supervisory / leadership experience required

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required

Logistics industry knowledge advanced required

Knowledge and understanding of Customer / Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required

Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required

Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
