We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with a proven track record of success in negotiations. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to handle complex cases, work with a dedicated team, and provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from start to finish. This involves :
1. Conducting initial client consultations to understand their needs and expectations.
2. Gathering all relevant evidence and information to build a strong case.
3. Negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
4. Preparing and filing all necessary court documents.
5. Representing clients in court, if necessary.
6. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their case and advising them on the best course of action.

8. Staying updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and incorporating them into your practice.
Job Details
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications :
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
5. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
