Personal Injury Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is collaborating with a successful injury law firm that offers legal representation to clients on a national level across the United States. We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence. This is a fully remote position, with occasional in-office attendance required for client meetings, team discussions, and trial preparation. You would visit the office location nearest to you, with options in Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- Someone who can "plug and play" and begin managing a caseload of 30 - 50 cases
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Interview and depose clients, witnesses, and experts to build a strong case.
- Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure timely case progress.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments.
