OCM BOCES has an immediate need for a dedicated School Counselor to provide ongoing support and career planning for high school students enrolled in Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. This role involves collaborating with home school district counselors, students, families, and community partners to guide students toward academic, personal, and career success. Responsibilities include overseeing student enrollments, monitoring academic progress, and ensuring educational alignment; organizing recruiting visits, campus tours, and program orientations; offering academic and personal counseling; and facilitating business partner and college visits to provide real-world connections.
