Position Summary : The National Accounts Vice President will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in sales success within the trucking or logistics industry. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities expanding the company’s national accounts portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to form sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish / English preferred. Minimum of 10 years of industry sales experience. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
