SAFCO is seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Agent. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience, particularly for our Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on accounts.
  • Assist customers with payments and account maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer service software.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
