About the Position :
We are seeking an A-Player who is willing to take initiative and drive results as a Production Scheduler for our paint line. You play a critical role in optimizing our production processes. You analyze incoming demand, evaluate production capacity, and effectively group orders to ensure efficient and timely production. Responsibilities :
- Analyze incoming orders and forecast future demand to plan production schedules accordingly.
- Evaluate production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks or constraints.
- Group orders efficiently to optimize production runs and minimize changeovers.
- Create detailed production schedules that align with demand, capacity, and resource availability.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., production, engineering, sales) to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and key metrics.
- Participate in initiatives to improve production processes and reduce costs.
