About the Position :

We are seeking an A-Player who is willing to take initiative and drive results as a Production Scheduler for our paint line. You play a critical role in optimizing our production processes. You analyze incoming demand, evaluate production capacity, and effectively group orders to ensure efficient and timely production. Responsibilities :

  • Analyze incoming orders and forecast future demand to plan production schedules accordingly.
  • Evaluate production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks or constraints.
  • Group orders efficiently to optimize production runs and minimize changeovers.
  • Create detailed production schedules that align with demand, capacity, and resource availability.
  • Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., production, engineering, sales) to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and key metrics.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve production processes and reduce costs.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in production scheduling in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Motivated, career-oriented, and a team player.
  • Highly Qualified Candidates will have :

  • Proficiency in production scheduling software and tools.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
