We ensure that travel is a force for good and that we MAKE TRAVEL MATTER.POSITION SUMMARYThis hands-on role is responsible for managing and executing search engine marketing (SEM, PPC) campaigns for TTC brands across North America. You will collaborate with the Director of Paid Search and Programmatic, as well as the Regional Brand Heads of Marketing in North America, to develop and implement paid media campaigns for both the USA and Canada markets.THE CANDIDATEYou have a strong understanding of various search engine marketing platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) and know how to effectively communicate campaign performance and outcomes. You are an excellent communicator with solid project management skills.RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Management : Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPA, budget pacing, and impression share.Keyword Strategy : Develop, manage, and refine large keyword lists for campaigns.Ad Creation : Craft and test ad copy with strategic recommendations to enhance performance.Strategic Planning : Recommend paid search strategies for targeting, display networks, and keywords to achieve campaign goals.Campaign Launch : Oversee the creation and implementation of new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts.Reporting : Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and budget tracking.Industry Trends : Stay informed about PPC industry trends and advancements to ensure cutting-edge strategies.Collaboration : Work closely with the Director of Paid Search, paid media specialists, and account teams to meet objectives.COMPETENCIESAnalytical and detail oriented.Strong verbal and written communication.Ability to handle high workloads and shifting priorities.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Proactive and solution-focused mindset.Strong customer service attitude.Results-driven and adaptable.EXPERIENCE2 – 3+ years in SEM and PPC, preferably with digital marketing agency experience.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience with tools like Google Analytics and popular PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360).Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage large PPC accounts in various industries, ideally in travel.ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE & CERTIFICATIONSFamiliarity with SEM principles and management.AdWords, Analytics, or Bing certifications are a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.The Travel Corporation is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against race, color, creed, sex, gender, religion, marital status, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local laws or ordinances.The Travel Corporation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
