We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Las Vegas area. This exciting role will focus on selling our premium products to bars and restaurants, contributing to our growth in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, a deep understanding of the bar and restaurant industry, and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the bar and restaurant sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, offering exceptional customer service and support.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and versatility of our products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and build brand awareness.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on bars and restaurants.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the bar and restaurant industry, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
