We are seeking an Optometric Assistant to become a part of our team!

You will perform a variety of administrative and clinical duties to keep our eyecare clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Complete administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Create medical office visit invoices for insurance billing
Escort patients to exam rooms

Qualifications :

Ability to learn new tasks quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong spatial and temporal organizational skills

High comfort level with computer software and technology in general

Additional preferences :

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields

Familiarity with medical billing procedures

Employment Type : Full Time
